My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

I received incorrect item/s. What should I do?

Please contact HGcompany.us@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.


I put the wrong address on my order, what happens now?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, unfortunately, HG the store will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

What's the return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
