Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!


How much is shipping?

Free shipping on all products! We understand the frustration of not knowing the "real cost" when shopping, so we decided that we will not charge for shipping.


How long before I can receive my order?

Please expect to receive your order within 10 - 20 business days. Mostly depends on what parts of the world you are ordering from. We have customers receive their products in as little as a week! 


How can I check the status of my order?

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the order, at HGcompany.us@gmail.com Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damaged product/s.


I received incorrect item/s. What should I do?

Please contact HGcompany.us@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.


I put the wrong address on my order, what happens now?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, unfortunately, HG the store will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

What's the return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
